We share the financial risk, provide ongoing development, and are invested in your app's long-term success — not just delivery. ### How much does it cost? Significantly less than traditional development. We offer a reduced upfront build cost in exchange for a revenue share. The exact structure depends on the project scope, which we'll discuss in your discovery call. ### How does the revenue share work? We agree on a percentage of your app's net revenue for a fixed partnership period (typically 12–24 months). After the partnership period ends, you keep 100% of all revenue. You always own the app and code. ### How long does it take to build an app? Most apps launch within 12–16 weeks from kickoff. Complex projects may take longer, but we'll give you a clear timeline during the discovery phase. ### Do I need a huge audience to qualify? No. We look for engaged audiences, not just big ones. A creator with 10K highly engaged followers can be a better fit than one with 500K passive ones. We also work with creators who are actively building their audience. ### What if my app idea doesn't work out? That's exactly what the Discovery phase is for. We'll validate your concept, test assumptions, and be honest if we don't think it's viable. We'd rather tell you early than build something that won't succeed. ### Who owns the app and the code? You do. 100%. The code, the brand, the user data — it's all yours from day one and stays yours after the partnership ends. ### What kind of apps can you build? Content delivery, recipe apps, fitness programs, course platforms, community apps, membership platforms, e-commerce, and more. If it involves delivering value to an audience via mobile, we can build it. ### Do you work with creators outside New Zealand? Absolutely. We work with creators globally. Most of our collaboration happens over video calls, Slack, and shared project tools. ### What happens after the partnership period ends? You keep the app, the code, the users, and 100% of future revenue. We can continue working together on a standard retainer if you'd like ongoing development, or you can take it fully in-house. ### What ongoing support do you provide after launch? During the partnership period: bug fixes, feature updates, performance monitoring, App Store optimisation, and growth strategy.
